Mutton Tikka Masala

DESCRIPTION :

This Sugran's blend strikes an even balance between aromatic and flavouring spice agents to give Mutton a luscious, inviting flavour. Since this blend is used in 'apply-and-cook-over-the-fire situations', the flavouring spices predominate, in order not to dissipate under direct fire.

RECIPE :

Step 1
Wash the Mutton well and dry it. Add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, Sugran turmeric powder, green chillies, salt, coriander leaves, mint leaves, crush and mix it well. When the Mutton has a good coating of the Masalas. cover it with the lid and keep it for an hour.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot enough, add anion and fry it for about 6-7 minutes on medium heat. Add the tomatoes when the onion becomes soft and light golden. Tomatoes fried for about 2 minutes. When the tomatoes are cooked well then add Sugran chilli powder, Sugran coriander powder and Sugran Mutton masala. Mix well and fry for about a minute or two. Add spicy Mutton and mix well with Masalas.
Step 3

Step 4
You can cover the pan with a clean napkin or handkerchief and then cover with the lid. Or you can also use aluminum sheet. Turn off the bumer and Handi Mutton is ready. Serve Handi Mutton with Naan, Roti or Bhakari.
