Chiken Masala Curry

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams of chicken pieces
  • 3 birch chopped onions
  • 1 bitter chopped tomato
  • 2 sliced birches chopped green chillies
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Some mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garllc paste
  • 1 spoon Sugran Chicken Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Sugran Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Sugran Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugran turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tsp oil

PREPARATIONS

Step 1
Wash the chicken well and dry it. Add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, Sugran turmeric powder, green chillies, salt, coriander leaves, mint leaves, crush and mix it well. When the chicken has a good coating of the Masalas. cover it with the lid and keep it for an hour.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot enough, add anion and fry it for about 6-7 minutes on medium heat. Add the tomatoes when the onion becomes soft and light golden. Tomatoes fried for about 2 minutes. When the tomatoes are cooked well then add Sugran chilli powder, Sugran coriander powder and Sugran chicken masala. Mix well and fry for about a minute or two. Add spicy chicken and mix well with Masalas.
Step 3
Add salt and mix well. Add salt to caution because we have already added it. Add warm water and mix thoroughly. Cover with lid and cook on very low heat, keep it for about 40-45 minutes.
Step 4
You can cover the pan with a clean napkin or handkerchief and then cover with the lid. Or you can also use aluminum sheet. Turn off the bumer and Handi chicken is ready. Serve Handi Chicken with Naan, Roti or Bhakari.
