Heat oil in the pan. Add mustard seeds, onion and half quantity of curry leaves. Cook until the onions are transparent. Add ginger and garlic paste. Cook for one or two minutes.

Reduce heat and add Sugran turmeric powder, Sugran Chili powder, Sugran coriander powder, and Sugran fish Masala. Cook for half a minute continuousty. Pour half a cup of water in the pan and cook for two minutes continuously. Put 2 more cups of water in the fish kept soaked with tamarind and add it as well, Take everything to boil In the meantime, grater coconut with litte water to make paste.
Step 4
Reduce heat and add coconut paste to the pan, add salt to taste. Gradually add the pieces of the fish fo the gravy. Cover with id and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Take a new pan and throw the remaining curry leaves in it. Boil it for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and keep it covered for 3-4 hours so that the fish can absorb all the flavors. Heat the fish curry again and fish curry is ready. Serve this fish curry with naan, roti or Bhakasi.
