Sweet Corn Sabzi

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
  • 2 medium sized chopped onions
  • 2 medium sized chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts! teaspoon melon seeds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream
  • 2 1/2 tsp Sugran Kashmirl Chill Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugran Sabzi masala
  • 2 tsp Sugran Coriander Powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chili
  • 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup of water

PREPARATIONS

Step 1
Soak cashews and melon seeds in water for a duration of 4 hour in a bowl. Now mix this mixture with litte water and make a paste and keep it aside. Heat the oil in a pan. Add cumin seed and chopped onion and fry until the onion tums into a modest golden color.
Step 2
Now add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix it well and then cover it with a lid for the next 4 to 5 minutes. When the tomatoes are cooked completely, and then add Sugran Kashmir chilli powder, Sugran coriander pawder and Sugran Sabzi masala and mix it well and cook until the oil appears on comers.
Step 3
Add sweet com granules and mix it well, Cook for the next 1 minute. Now add cashews and melon seeds paste with fresh cream or homemade cream and mix it well. Cook for the next 1 minute.
Step 4
Then add 1 1/2 cup of water and mix if well and bring it to a boil. Now moderate the flame and cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes. Add coriander and coriander fenugreek. Cook for another 1 minute. Turn off the gas. Sweet com Sabzi is teady. Serve this delicious sweet com Sabzi with roti, appam or rice.
