500 grams of mutton pieces (meat cut and wash thoroughly)
3 tablespoon oil
3 medium sized finely chopped onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Sugran Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon Sugran Turmeric Powder
1 thsp Sugran Coriander Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sugran cumin powder
2 finely chopped tomatoes
1 cup curd
2 teaspoons chopped coriander leaves
1 spoon Sugran Mutton Masala
PREPARATIONS
Step 1
Heat the oil in a cooker. Add the chopped onion and fry until the onion tums into a modest golden color. Add ginger garlic paste and let it cook for a few minutes.
Step 2
Add pieces of mutton and roast them till color change. Add satt, Sugran chili powder, Sugran turmeric powder, Sugran coriander powder, Sugran cumin seed powder, Sugran Mutton Masala, and mix thoroughly. Cook on low flame for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes, and mix well. Cook on low flame for about 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are soft. Add curd and Cook it until the oil appears on the corners.
Step 4
Add a little water, chopped coriander leaves. Close the lid and cook till 3 whistles (until the mutton becomes soft). Reduce the steam and open the lid. Serve with coriander leaves. Your mutton curry is ready. Serve hot with rice or roti.
