Malvani Mix Sabzi

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams raw papaya
  • 100 grams Red Pumpkin
  • 50 grams raw banana
  • 50 gram elephant foot yam
  • 50 grams of sweet potato
  • 50 grams bitter yam
  • A small bowl cooked Toor dal
  • 50 gram fresh grater coconut
  • 2 spoons Sugran Malvani Masala
  • 1/2 spoon Sugran turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons of tamarind juice (soak the tamarind in water and then squeeze it)
  • 1 large piece Jaggery
  • 2 spoons oil
  • 1 Pinch Sugran Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATIONS

Step 1
Chopped all the vegetables from medium to large squares (do not chopped vegetables very small). Take a cooker and add all vegetables to it.
Step 2
Close the lid and cook till 3 whistles. You can cook them in a microwave or steamer, but do not add too much water. Add cooked Toor Dal into cooked vegetables.
Step 3
Mix fresh grated coconut, Sugran Turmeric Powder, Sugran Malavani Masala, mix well with low water and add this mixture with vegetables, cook it on a low flame. Add salt, jaggery and tamarind juice to taste. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes so that all Vegetables and masala mix well together.
Step 4
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and after adding the oil, add mustard seed. When the seeds crackle, pour this oil on the cooked vegetables. Your Malvani Mix Sabzi Curry is ready. Serve this delicious Malvani Mix Sabzi Curry with roti, appam or rice.
